Hoodia Balance Review
Everybody knows what Hoodia is – or at least heard of it one time or another. It’s all over the television - in the news, talk shows, documentaries, etcetera. Then of course there’s also the print media and even this contains numerous write-ups about Hoodia. If shedding some pounds is one of your interests, it’s most probable you have already thought of taking Hoodia at one point.

When I first heard about this weight-loss product, I wasted no time and grabbed a bottle of the first Hoodia pills I can find. I did not realize then why it hadn’t worked for me, I just thought I was not attuned to Hoodia gordonii which is the main ingredient of these Hoodia pills. Then one day, I checked out Hoodia Balance and I was able to put two and two together. The reason why those first Hoodia pills didn’t work for me was because they were nothing but cheap knockoffs. They contained a very small portion of the Hoodia plant mixed with a pile of (what I suspect is) junk. Hoodia Balance, on the other hand, contains 750mg of pure Hoodia.
The South African Hoodia is actually a succulent cactiform (the term for a plant which resembles a cactus) from the Desert of Kalahari. There are thirteen species in the Hoodia genus, however, only one of those thirteen – the species Hoodia gordonii – possesses the capability to suppress appetite.
Effects of Hoodia Balance are apparent almost instantly after consumption. Curbing of hunger happens in mere minutes after intake because Hoodia is one very potent appetite-suppressant. The reason for that is the fact that Hoodia contains a molecule known as ‘P57’ which assumes the properties of the glucose molecule to signal the brain that the body is full. This is where it differs from Proactol, since the latter works with fibers rather than on the molecular level like Hoodia does. As of now, scientists are trying to find a way to isolate the P57 molecule because of its potential marketable value.
Hoodia Balance is trusted more than any other brand of Hoodia pills because, well, it works. It contains 750 mg of 100% Hoodia which is at the maximum of the recommended 400mg-750mg dosage of Hoodia per day. You see, the Hoodia plant itself is very unusual and hence, very costly. After all, it takes a full-grown plant from five to seven years to reach its present state. That is why the amount of Hoodia export from South Africa has been limited only to a certain extent by their government.
And that, in turn, is the reason why there are a lot of imitation Hoodia products manufactured (like the one I first picked up). These products can contain the most minimal amount of Hoodia, sometimes even none at all! Of course, right now, you might be thinking that finding an authentic product will be hard, if not, almost impossible.
However, there is a way to determine which Hoodia products are authentic and which ones are counterfeit. Simply look for the manufacturer’s ‘Protected Plant Permit’ and ‘C.I.T.E.S Certificate’ which are the two certificates granted to authentic Hoodia product makers. Hoodia Balance has both of these certificates which ensure consumers of its validity.
I really lost weight while on Hoodia Balance and I could recall no side effects caused by this product. Their certifications made me feel safe in knowing that what I was taking had been studied and approved by recognized authorities. All in all, I recommend Hoodia Balance out of all the other Hoodia alternatives.
